Doppelhaushälfte mit Putzfassade
Das Doppelhaus steht in einem ehemaligen Kasernengelände. Putzfassade war seitens der Gestaltungsvorschriften vorgeschrieben. Das Gebäude steht in einer Reihe mit Mehrfamilienhäusern. Die Kubatur bindet sich in die vorhandenen Strukturen ein und sticht doch dezent heraus.
